Terms of Purchase/ Return Policy
Your satisfaction with our product is important to us at Chasen Galleries. Therefore we offer a liberal exchange policy.
Artwork may be returned for exchange or store credit only for any reason at any time as long as the artist is one that we still represent in our gallery and is being promoted at the time the request is submitted. We do not offer cash refunds. Cancellation of orders for artwork that is special ordered is not permitted.
If a return is for any reason other than defects in the product, any shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the client.
Your original sales receipt must accompnay the merchandise and it must be in its original packaging and in its original condition as when purchased.
